Find a Tenant only service
This service is for landlords who prefer to manage their own properties and be the first point of contact for their tenants. Snowden Wilkinson will find you a tenant using the UK’s top property websites including rightmove & fish4homes,our prominent central Cheadle Hulme office, to let board at your property and our mailing list of potential tenants.
This service includes:

Property Management Service
This service takes the hassle of letting a property from the landlord, Snowden Wilkinson would be the first point of contact for all tenants, collect the rent and arrange any repairs or maintenance required.
This service includes the same as Find a Tenant service as well as:

Change over utilities to tenants name on move in / move out

Regular property inspections.

Ensure up to date gas safety certificates.

Monthly statements of account

Arrange any ongoing maintenance such as gardening.

Deposit held in government approved scheme.

Arrange repairs to the property.
When your tenant gives us notice to leave we will begin marketing the property immediately to avoid any disruption to the landlords.
We can also help with many other aspects of letting your property such as re-decorating, clearing & cleaning, arranging gas and electrical checks and arranging quotes for any work needed prior to a tenant moving in or out.
